Fellowship Fest 2022 with Danny Gokey

It will be an incredible morning of worship led by Danny Gokey as part of this year's Fellowship Fest. Fellowship Church is bringing together many neighborhoods to meet on the big lawn at their Greenwood Campus. Fellowship Fest is free to attend, and is coming up on Sunday, August 14 beginning at 10 am. Special guest Keith Coast will help lead the kids time. Following the service enjoy fun and fellowship including food trucks!

Are you wondering if fostering or adopting a child might be a good idea for you? BE INTENT, BE INFORMED , & BE INSPIRED TO CARE FOR KIDS! How does the recent Roe vs. Wade ruling affect the need for families? It all can be overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be! We are here to help you make a peace-filled decision that is right for your family. We are here to answer the most common and biggest questions! Join our non-pressured information meeting, where we will answer your big questions from experienced foster and adoptive parents. We are here to help you confidently answer the question, "Am I ready to foster or adopt a child?". SOME OF THE QUESTIONS WE WILL ADDRESS: What is the projected need for Fostering & Domestic Adoption with Roe vs Wade? How can we reduce the need for foster care long-term? What are the differences in fostering and different types of adoptions? How do I know if I have what it takes to be a foster or adopt parent? How do I know if now is the right time? What do we do if our family doesn't agree? How do I protect my biological children through the process? YOU WILL BE EMPOWERED WITH: An Understanding of What is Expected of You and What to Expect from the System Confidence that You are Making the Right Decision for You and Your Family Reduced Feelings of Intimidation by Understanding the Big Picture The keys to Have a Peace-Filled Foster Care Experience Actionable Guidance that You Can Apply Immediately Confidence to Initiate Important Conversations Actionable Items to Engage for the Well-Being of the Child 💡Note: This training has been created in collaboration with over a dozen foster/adopt parents and child welfare professionals. Traffic note: Access to Main Street is blocked heading NB off of I-49. Best to use 150 HWY and head north on Byars Rd to the Grandview Amphitheater.

What to know about the Grandview Amphitheater

What can I bring into the venue?
One factory-sealed plastic water bottle up to 1 liter in volume per person
Non-professional cameras (no cameras with detachable lenses)
Small purses, bags and drawstring backpacks (no large backpacks)
*Bags are subject to search prior to event entry
*Policy subject to change without notice
What is not allowed in the venue?
Large bags or coolers
Alcohol of any type
Professional recording devices
Noisemakers or laser pointers
Concealed Weapons (privately-produced events prohibit all weapons)
Umbrellas
No checks will be taken, only Cash or Credit Cards

At Monumental VBS, kids celebrate God's greatness! Monumental is filled with awesome Bible-learning experiences kids see, hear, and touch! Fun crafts, team-building games, unforgettable Bible songs, and tasty snacks are just a few of the standout activities that help faith flow into real life. (Since everything is hands-on, kids might get a little messy. Be sure to send them in play clothes and sturdy shoes.) Plus, we'll help kids discover how to see evidence of God in everyday life - something we call God Sightings. VBS Times: Fri 19 - 6:00pm to 9:00pm Sat 20 - 9:00am to 3:00pm (lunch provided) Sun 21 - 9:30am to 12:00pm You can sign up your child(ren) at www.vbspro.events/p/opbt2022 Stick around for our Monumentally Fun VBS Party happening right after closing ceremony of VBS. Seaside Escape Women's Retreat

Enjoy a FREE, family-friendly, community event featuring bounce houses, inflatable obstacle courses, games, a rock wall and bungee jumps.
