Second Annual Health and Wellness Expo where the focus is on giving you a NEWSTART, using the 8 laws of health: Nutrition, Exercise, Water, Sunshine, Temperance, Air, Rest, and Trust.
We will give free health assessments, including blood pressure and blood sugar checks, height and weight measurements, as well as relaxing massages. There will also be a live puppet show, free giveaways for the kids, raffles, and much, much more!
